Sandwich was good. Chicken + mama lils peppers. Not cheap but it is airport food. Seating near windows is nice and the line was short. Not a lot of drink options.

First time trying Beecher's and it was good. The Cheese Curd Lasagna was good and flavorful but nothing special or unique about it. One big difference is that it is rather flat but nothing unique flavor wise. Now the Flagship grilled cheese with basil and tomato is another story. This was delicious! So much flavor in this sandwich from the charred bread to the tomato and basil and cheese. It is a bit pricey but it was worth it. As for the "World's Best" Mac & Cheese....it was good but not sure about World's Best. It was very good but a bit too flour-y for me. I also bought their packaged Flagship cheese, regular, extra aged, and the smoked to bring home. All are very good. Overall, a place I would recommend and would go to again particularly because of the sandwich.

Pretty good! I always get the flagship, a little Italian flavored grilled cheese sandwich. Maybe a bit overpriced but never had a bad experience the two times I ate here!

The food was pretty decent especially for an airport. I got a kimchi grilled cheese - it was cheese and kimchi, so very much as expected. It was good overall, although it wasn't the most exciting thing ever. But overall, it's a decent place at the airport!

Why can’t LAX have something like this? Incredible farm to table tastes and reasonable prices you would pay outside. LAX is a racket with everything terrible Sysco processed food at exorbitant highway robbery prices. SEATAC is doing something right all other airports need to follow

Certainly overpriced, and perhaps a little too liquidy. But I still liked it! I took 2 trains within the airport to get to the N gate and then another 2 to get back to my own gate, but I think it was worth it? Idk.

Enjoyed grilled sandwiches. Service very good. One minor complaint is wanting to buy plain cheese curds. The her bed curds are good, but prefer the plain curds.

Great place in the Seattle airport to get some food. I had the tomato soup and the egg & cheese sandwich. Both were yummy.
